Please understand that it is your responsibility to verify that you are able to view PDF files on your computer (if you purchase a PDF file). This requires you to have a working installation of the required free Adobe Acrobat Reader program or any other compatible PDF viewer program installed and working on your computer.. Please always download and view our sample files prior to your purchase to make sure you understand how to view the file type you are purchasing.
We have detailed instructions on every product page within the site and on each page of the checkout process in the hope that you will read the instructions completely. Most failures are caused by simply not reading the instructions completely or just assuming that you can view a PDF file without installing the required viewer program.
If you purchase an RTF (Rich Text Format/word processor compatible) file, then you need to make sure that you have a word processor that is capable of opening and viewing a 100-1,000 KB RTF file. Most generic word processors can handle this without any problem. If you don't have a word processor that can, then you should have discovered that when you tried to download and view our sample RTF files. The "Wordpad" program that is installed with Microsoft Windows can view our RTF files without any problem.
If you experience a failure during download or cannot view the file, we ask that you:
Refer to our Help/Problems section for instructions on how to download the file(s) again and again without being charged. There is no need to place additional orders for the same title(s) that you have already purchased. We don't want you to have to pay for the same thing twice, so please don't do it.
